At Lone Star Grillz, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium pits and smokers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for unused equipment within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare for Shipping
Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely fastened to its original pallet or packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will assist in coordinating a freight carrier pickup for large grills or provide instructions for smaller accessory shipments.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our team inspects the returned item at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking and shipping fees.
